Version 5.0.2 of Quantum ESPRESSO is available for download here. Please note that the PLUMED plugin compatible with this version was uploaded as "plumed-1.3-qe"; the GPU version as "QE-GPU-5.0.2".

We would like to draw your attention to the Workshop on Computer Programming and Advanced Tools for Scientific Research Work & Quantum ESPRESSO Developer Training, 11-28 March 2013 in Trieste. Everybody interested in learning how to develop code within Quantum ESPRESSO is welcome to participate. Registration for the Quantum ESPRESSO part only, 25 to 28 March, is possible. Deadline: 6 January.

All users and developers are warmly encouraged to share their own developments and add-ons with the QE community at large. Those of you who would, but do not know how or fear that this would take too long, please read the rest of this post.
